Our July event will be Hawaiian themed so please feel free to wear any Hawaiian themed clothing and accessories that you own!
By volunteering as a buddy you will:
- Make a difference in the life of an all-star by being a much needed friend
- Afford their parents or caregiver a morning of essential rest
- Show in action how much these families are cared for by our community
FYI - Volunteers are required to wear an All-Stars tee shirt. If you are new or you need a new shirt, we will sell shirts onsite for $10.
COVID POLICY UPDATE
Masks will now be optional for all involved with All-Stars. HOWEVER, our goal at All-Stars Club is to make the All-Stars and their families feel as safe and comfortable as possible. We encourage all volunteers to still bring a mask to the event, and if the All-Star you are with is wearing a mask, we ask that you do so as well. Sanitation stations will be located throughout the event. Also, if you are feeling unwell, please stay home and let us know that you are cancelling. Thank you for your understanding and support as we strive to make the safest environment possible for out All-Stars and volunteers.
8:45am-9:15am - Volunteers arrive
9:15am-9:20am - Volunteer briefing/orientation
9:20am-9:30am - All-Stars are welcomed by volunteers and are assigned to a buddy
9:30am-11:30am - All-Stars participate in sports activities, karaoke, and arts/crafts
11:30am-12:00pm - Families, guests and volunteers are welcome to attend a short worship service
12:00pm-12:30pm - Dismissal and volunteer clean up
