Mile High United Way is partnering alongside HealthONE, LifeSpan Local, and COVID Check Colorado for a drive-up and walk-up vaccine clinic taking place on March 30th (follow-up for second dose tentative for April 20th) at Mile High United Way for 300 vaccines. Vaccine registration will be geared towards eligible Internal Program clients from MHUW and LifeSpan Local.

Requirement Details

Training is required for volunteers and Mile High United Way staff leads on Monday, 4/19 from 4-5 p.m. This training will be held virtually. Volunteers will recieve the link and calendar invite on Monday, 3/29 in the morning. 

Dress Requirements: Volunteers must bring their own masks.
This will be a high energy, outdoor opportunity so please wear comfortable clothing. Please pack light. We will have a break room for volunteers. We will not be able to provide locked storage for belongings. Bilingual volunteers will be given a YELLOW Live United shirt upon arrival. Staff please wear your WHITE Live United shirt. 

Children-  This event is NOT family friendly. Volunteers 18+ only.

Language- Bilingual volunteers needed.

Wondering if you should register to volunteer? Based on the CDC guidelines, we are asking you the following questions:
  1. Have you been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19? See the CDC’s risk assessment guidance.

  2. Do you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19? Symptoms can include a cough or shortness of breath or at least two of the following: Fever, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat, New loss of taste or smell. See the CDC’s symptom information.

If you answered "yes" to any of those questions, we ask you not to register. We are doing all we can to align with best practices and keep our community healthy.

Water and food will be provided to volunteers.
Parking Details
Volunteers including STAFF, CANNOT park in our parking garage.
There is free one- and two-hour street parking available on California, Stout, and 24th streets.
A paid lot is located across the street on Park Avenue and California, $5 per day.

Volunteers and staff leads will check in on the Stout Street entrance of the Mile High United Way surface lot.
